Stages of execution
∗ We get some fresh Salmon
∗ We prepare all the ingredients
∗ Cut the Salmon
∗ Prepare the sauce
∗ We serve
Ingredients for the Salmon:
• 200 g Fresh Salmon
• 1 Chili thinly sliced
• 2 Passion fruits
• 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
• 1 cucumber cut into thin slices
• 1 grapefruit cut into segments
Ingredients for the Sauce:
• 200 g Fresh Mango cut into cubes
• 20 g Sugar
• 50 g Miso paste (soybean paste)
• ½ tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Fresh grated ginger
• 4 basil leaves
• 10 leaves of fresh coriander
• 50 g of Rice Vinegar
• 100 g Mango Juice
• 4 lemons, their juice

Execution Process:
Cut the Premium Salmon into thin slices of two centimeters and put them on a plate.
Put all the ingredients for the sauce in the blender and puree until you have a smooth mixture. Serve the sauce around the salmon and garnish with the passion fruit, chili, black cumin seeds, cucumber and grapefruit.
